Rusty Wilson, 27, passed away August 28, 2017 in Indianapolis, IN. Rusty was born the son to Martin “Bud” and Lisa Wilson in Evansville, IN on February 9, 1990.
Rusty was known for his love of the outdoors, being handy around the house and enjoying time in the garden. He also enjoyed hiking, puzzles, but above everything else, spending time with his children.
Rusty is survived by his daughters Charlotte Rose Sharp, and Austyn Wilson; parents “Bud” and Lisa Wilson; siblings Dusty Wilson, Marty Wilson and Wendy Wilson; grandparents Wayne and Phyllis Riley; aunt and uncle Todd (Lisa) Riley; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home, funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Riley’s Children’s Hospital in Rusty’s name are appreciated.
